What is a Vortex™ Liner?
The Vortex™ Liner is a blend of Polyurethane and Polyurea materials.

It is a two component, solvent free, 100% solids product. This product is especially designed for truck bed liners, cargo vans, trailers and virtually all other hard surfaces

Polyurethane’s are known for their superior durability and chemical resistance factors. The Polyurea is known for its high build and impact resistance

The end result is the best sprayed-on liner in the world. Tough, high impact absorbing and warranted to the original owner for the life of the vehicle it is applied to. This is why Truckin’ Magazine calls Vortex “the best choice of spray on liners!”

Why is the Vortex™ System the only choice for spray-on liners?
Here are just a few advantages of a Vortex™ liner over a typical drop-in liner.

  • Seals truck bed for an air-tight seal preventing rust, corrosion and oxidation.
  • Bonds to the contours of the surface exactly preventing moisture from getting between the base surface and the Vortex™ spray on liner.
  • A Vortex™ spray on liner will actually strengthen your truck bed and insulate the bed from excess noise. This helps eliminate vibration and absorbs impact of heavy loads and virtually eliminates the possibility of denting the inside of your truck bed.
  • It can be “touched up” where other drop-in liners need to be completely replaced.
  • Adheres directly to base surface so it can not be stolen or removed.
  • Unlike drop-in liners, a Vortex™ spray on liner will not crack, split or tear, rot, warp, vibrate or sand down your cargo.
  • Vortex™ spray on liner can be applied exactly where you want it, around wheel plates, light bars, etc.
  • No excess space is taken as with drop-in liners, allowing you to maintain the maximum volume of your truck bed.
  • No fastening screws to worry about.
  • Increases the value of your truck.

Llanfair Body Shop, Inc. warrants their spray on liners for the life of the original owner of the vehicle against peeling, lifting, and cracking. Warranty does not cover excessive damage or abuse and lifting due to repainted surfaces.

*Note: Any filling of gas containers must be done outside the truck and never on the spray on liner as a static charge may form within the truck bed.  All gas containers must be placed on the ground prior to filling.
